Girl’s Night Out – How Sweet It Is!

Learn how to make some “Keeper” desserts for those special occasions when you want to impress your family or friends or seduce a loved-one. Grab a gal friend and spoil your sweet tooth.

Raspberry Napoleon
You will learn how to make a lemon curd, whipped cream, fresh raspberry coulis and sugared wonton crisps and then we will stack them in “Napoleon” fashion for a most delicious presentation.

Silky, creamy and sealed in a sugary shell, this dessert is one of the worlds most seductive.

Chocolate Truffle Cakes
Anything chocolate is alright with us, but these warm mounds of “nearly” flourless cakes with their soft moist centers will easily become one of your favorite desserts. We’ll drizzle just a ribbon of white chocolate over the top and use a bit of the Raspberry Coulis from the Napoleon to decorate the plates.
