Some of our favorite foods are served on the bone, right? This night we’ll do
four dishes of our favorite foods served “On the Bone”
Sesame Ginger Chicken Lolly-Pops
Wing Drummettes specially cut to look like a Lolly-Pop is marinated in a sesame,
soy, garlic and ginger sauce. A great appetizer…on the bone.

St. Louis Style Pork Ribs with Dave’s Favorite Asian influenced Rum Barbecue
Sauce
Dry Rubbed tender pork ribs done on the stove and finished in the oven with
Dave’s secret sauce. This is a great recipe for Steamboat, because you can
prepare these in the winter, without freezing grillside. Served with an Asian
Noodle Slaw

Frenched Lamb Chops with Six-Chile Wet Rub
Pan seared spring lamb chops French cut to the eye of the loin are marinated in
a “Wet Rub” consisting of a pepper jelly, ancho chile powder and garlic. Served
with Stir Fried Quinoa.

Wild Caught Salmon Steak Veracruz
Thick cut salmon steaks, pan seared in olive oil and finished in the oven. The
Veracruz Sauce is made fresh with olive oil, red onion, fresh tomatoes, lime
juice, olives and capers. Served with Spanish Rice.
